Despite what you may hear or read, we are still the Boy Scouts of America!Please join the Longhorn Council Executive Committee, Saturday, June 2 for our annual district workshop. This annual workshop is for all district volunteers. Whether a new or returning member of the district committee, we want you to be a part of this workshop.The workshop agenda includes Family Scouting, Journey to Excellence and special strategic planning breakouts for finance, membership and program conducted by council executive officers.The operations workshop will be held at the LHC Hurst Service Center, 850 Cannon Dr, Hurst, 76054. The doors open at 8:30 AM and the workshop will begin at 9:00 AM. We will conclude the general portion of the workshop after lunch. Some council operating committees may meet in the afternoon with an additional agenda.Please reply to this email if we can count you in for the workshop and lunch.
